Beginning reading - Syllable matching
Objective
On the basis of previous experience with reading of individual sounds client learns to read the group of sounds - syllable, which contributes to exact reading.
Program is meant for pre-school children or children with specific learning disabilities and patient with aphasia, that start to adopt, or need to support the basic reading skills.

How to work with the program
A randomly selected syllable is displayed in the centre of working area and several smaller syllables next to it, at least one of them the same as the larger one in the centre. Patient's task is to point to the same syllable from the smaller ones as is the one in the centre.
Depending on the program settings the application will pronounce the syllable at the beginning and also after clicking on the syllable.
Settings
- number of syllables to choose from,
- max. nuber of the same syllables to choose from
- layout - inline, random, random with tilt
- font size - small, capitalized
- typeface - printed, hand-written
- syllables - two-letter, multi-letter
- first letter of searched syllable
- first letter of offered syllables
- reading the syllable - yes/no
